  • Mark Ross, Jr., President

    Author, coach, and seasoned entrepreneur, Mark is renowned for his adeptness in founding and nurturing businesses from inception, specializing in real estate investments and property management. In his own property investment business, Mozaik, and as a small business consultant, he assists other burgeoning business owners in thriving, whether it be a dispensary in Denver or a dog clothing boutique in California. Mark has also ventured across the country as a dynamic and passionate speaker, addressing audiences of young men in high schools, churches, and colleges on the importance and significance of manhood and the necessary steps for its cultivation.

    Mark’s illustrious 24-year tenure in the U.S. Navy exemplifies his dedication and distinguished service to his nation. For over two decades, he has been happily married to Kia Ross, and together, they take pride in nurturing their five children. Mark’s commitment as a mentor to young men is the driving force behind Gentlemen’s University.

  • Dr. Cornelius Jones, Managing Director

    Dr. Jones is a psychologist, researcher, and six-time bestselling author! He is a true academic, earning Master’s Degrees in Psychology, Christian Counseling, and Human Services. In addition to having earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychological Counseling Degree, he is currently a second-year student at Regent School of Psychology.

    Today, Dr. Jones is an administrator at the Oregon State Hospital, where he leverages his years of clinical counseling, psychology, organizational leadership, and business experience as a consultant to train on effective leadership strategies. A proud U.S. Navy veteran and authority in psychology, he also speaks regularly at colleges and universities across the country.

  • Nathan Favaroth, Managing Director

    Nate is an accomplished, self-motivated sales leader with over 15 years of experience. He has boasted a notable career with Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors, Capital One, Volkswagen Group of America, and Experian. Nate received his undergraduate degree from Southern University and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Partnerships Reimagined.

    Nate is an experienced mentor who has served the youth in various ways for most of his adult life. Presently, as a mentor of the Omega Gents, sitting board member, and Managing Director of Gentlemen’s University. His mentorship extends to the Program Mentor to male Adolescents and Teenagers for the See It Through Charity and Volunteers at St. Jude’s Research Hospital and the American Heart Association.

  • Ticki Favaroth, Vice-President

    Ticki, a seasoned HR professional with a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Women’s University, is a prominent figure in the industry. She is the Senior Partner and Managing Director at HR&Co. and a founding member of the BOW collective. Ticki is known for her thought leadership and commitment to achieving impactful and long-lasting success.

    Ticki embodies the essence of a people engineer, leveraging her expertise to deliver motivational talks, speeches, trainings, and workshops centered around global human capital performance, people strategies, and inclusion. Her strategic and hands-on leadership style has proven valuable to businesses of various sizes, garnering her consultancy engagements with renowned Fortune 500 companies like Exxon Mobil, Target Corporation, and U. S. Homeland Security.
